How much to rank in Google?

1. Authorization & assignment

I (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) am engaging “Contractor” for the specific purpose of SEO & Social Media marketing.

1. Contractor agrees to provide Client with Search Engine Optimization and Reporting Services (hereinafter referred to as “SEO”) as described in this agreement. Contractor is authorised to use the specific keywords and/or phases set forth below for development, improving the ranking of, and/or positioning the contents of the Client’s URL in the major search Engine such as Google.

2. The total monthly fee for the Contractor to be provided for the duration of agreement is displayed on the screen and also attached to your email. All fees must be paid in accordance to schedule of payments. 3. Contractor agrees to the following:

4. Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. All fees must be paid in accordance within the schedule of payments and fees are non-refundable.

2. All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.

3. The Client’s website may be excluded from any directory or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory which contractor has no direct control.

4. Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms, and other competitive factors, Contractor does not guarantee #1 positions or consistent top 10 positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term. Google has been known to hinder the rankings of new websites (or pages) until they have proven their viability to exist for more than 6 months. This is referred to as the “Google Sandbox”. Contractor assumes no liability for ranking/traffic/indexing issues related to Google Sandbox penalties.

5. Occasionally, search engines will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason. Often, the listing will reappear without any additional SEO. Should a listing be dropped during the SEO campaign and does not reappear within 30 days of campaign completion, Contractor will re-optimize the website/page/post/blog based on the current policies of the search engine in question.

6. Linking to “bad neighborhoods” or getting links from “link farms” can seriously damage all SEO efforts. Contractor does not assume liability for the Client’s choice to link to or obtain a link from any particular website without prior consultation.

7. No such access to back-end, FTP or other control system related or unrelated to the page, website, blog, seo platform is provisioned or available at any time unless otherwise stated.

8. Client guarantees any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to Contractor for inclusion on the website above are owned by Client, or that Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Contractor and its subcontractors from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.

9. Any keywords or search term resulting over a Million results by Google is not subject to binding of this agreement.

10. No such log in access to social media pages is provisioned or available at any time unless otherwise stated within this agreement.

11. Client guarantees any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to Contractor for inclusion on the website above are owned by Client, or that Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Contractor and its subcontractors from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.

12. If the clients wish to terminate the contract from 3rd month of executing this agreement client must pay the contractor cost of designed Facebook, Google Plus and Twitter Pages which are currently valued at £75 each plus SEO Set up cost of £300.

14. Duration: The initial duration of this agreement is 12 (Twelve) months from the date of subscribing, the agreement automatically will rollover unless a cancellation request is made by the client within 30 days prior to expiry.

7. Legal Venue.

Any disputes arising from this Contract will be litigated or arbitrated in England. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England. The undersigned hereby agree to the terms, conditions and stipulations of this agreement on behalf of his or her organization or business. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications thereto must be in writing and signed by both parties.
